June 7th Mii Stats

The camera cut the video just before the start of the last exercise... User error! Memory card was too full! Lol! Anyway, the last exercise was the Rhythm Parade (again) and I did better today then on Wednesday!

No Wii Fit today...

I've decided to take the day off from my exercises due to severe knee pain. I get excruciating pains in my knees from time to time due to a previous injury and am nearly immobile from it. Hopefully it will go away by tomorrow so that I can resume my regular fitness goals! See you then!

June 5th Mii Stats: Full Video

I got the full daily routine on video!!!
Pardon the mess of boxes behind me, they are for our yard sale/Goodwill... Anyway, I wasn't able to do my exercises this morning before eating breakfast. I finally got to it around 9:30pm, after I'd eaten all my meals for the day. I wasn't too disappointed in my 2lb weight gain from yesterday because of the fact that the average persons weight fluctuates between 1-3 pounds a day depending on activity levels and food intake... In other words, I had a large dinner! ;) Enjoy watching me try my hardest at today's routine!

Wii Fit Vlog postponed...

Wii remotes no longer work. Had to get new rechargeable battery packs for it. I shall start tomorrow!

Okay people! Starting tomorrow I will be video recording my Wii Fit Plus workouts and posting them here. I hope this will make it easier to track my progress instead of having to type all of my exercises and scores individually. Let's see how this goes!
